Double Fudge Brownies
1 c butter or margarine, softened
4 eggs
2 c sugar
1 c cocoa
1 c flour
1 c chopped nuts or coconut
1 c chocolate chips
Cream butter and sugar in a large bowl. Add eggs one at a time, beating well. Add remainder of ingredients and mix until smooth. Spread mixture into a greased 13 x 9 pan and bake at 325 for 40 - 50 min.
You could add chocolate icing if you're really a chocoholic, but then the name would have to be changed to Triple Fudge Brownies - who would want that?
